Drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, I help adults work through anxiety, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, and identity-related concerns in ways that feel manageable and authentic.
My style is collaborative, affirming, and strengths-focused, shaped by years of experience in healthcare and advocacy work with diverse communities. I believe therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out—you just have to show up as you are, and we’ll take the next steps together.
